Who's Behind This

About

I'm Nethaneel Tayone, an independent AI Systems Engineer & Developer.

I spent five years in a call center in the Philippines, moving through customer service, tech support, sales, and health account roles. Five years of nonstop calls took its toll, and working for a company that treated me as replaceable pushed me to make myself the opposite. I resigned, and in 2023 I joined VA Staffer, working directly under Jeff J. Hunter - owner of VA Staffer, AI Persona Method, and Savage Marketer. He became my mentor and taught me most of what I know today.

In 2025, I went independent. My first client as a contractor was a law firm in the United States, where I built two AI voice agents running 24/7, along with three custom apps working alongside them to handle follow-up and collections.

I work directly with each client. No account managers, no handoff to a junior team partway through - the person who designs the system is the one who maintains it.
